What is permanent jewellery?
Permanent jewellery is a seamless chain with no clasp that is custom fitted and welded to you. It can be custom fitted and worn on the wrist, neck, ankle and body.
What are the chains made of?
We supply gold filled and sterling silver chains and connectors.
Will they tarnish?
Our chains are made to last when cared for correctly. They are durable, sustainable and last for many years. We offer simple home-care advice and tools.
What if I want to remove my chain?
This is no problem at all we will show you a section of the chain at the time of fitting where you can cut and release.
What if I want to have my old chain re-fitted?
That is no problem at all simply get in touch we will arrange a time to welcome you back to have it re-welded for a small fee of €15 if outside the two month guarantee window. Proof of purchase necessary.
Can I swim and work out with it?
Absolutely! our chains are comfortable and can be worn any where.
Will they set off the detectors at the airport security?
No they are so delicate, no worries there.
How do I keep it clean?
We will provide instructions and and aftercare products for you on the day.
How do I care for my permanent jewellery piece?
Here at Link & Co we use fine chains for a minimalist, light-weight, stunning finish. The chains are high quality and like any fine chain, there is a risk of pulling, which can result in breakage. We ask that you avoid having it pulled, but understand that it may occur.
What does my guarantee include?
To ensure that you have the best experience with your Link & Co Permanent Jewellery, we offer a two-month satisfaction guarantee. We will weld the piece back on for free.
Please provide a proof of purchase when you pop back in for the weld.
If the breakage to the piece occurs after a period of two months, we will weld it back onto you for a small fee of €15.Can I return my permanent jewellery piece?
Your Link & Co Permanent Jewellery piece is custom-fit, made specially for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on the finished product.

What age do I have to be to Get Linked?
